Background
Pedagogy is an innovative company developing a comprehensive school management system for primary and secondary schools in India. The platform aims to streamline academic and administrative tasks for educators, students, and school administrators.
They required a landing page to showcase their mission, highlight key features, and communicate the platform's value to potential users.

The Process
Creating the landing page for Pedagogy required a structured yet iterative approach to ensure the design met both user and stakeholder needs.
Research & Analysis: Conducted competitor analysis to understand market trends, user expectations, and effective feature presentation strategies.
Wireframing: Developed low-fidelity wireframes to visualize the layout and information flow, focusing on content hierarchy and user engagement.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Held discussions with stakeholders to align design ideas with business goals and platform requirements.
Iteration & Prototyping: Created mid-fidelity prototypes on Figma, refining based on feedback and further iteration cycles.
Final Refinement: Focused on optimizing the user journey and feature highlights to clearly communicate Pedagogy’s vision.
This iterative approach allowed the design to evolve, resulting in a functional and visually engaging landing page aligned with the company's objectives.
Wireframes
I created the wireframes before moving to high-fidelity designs, focusing on four key screens: Home, Features, Contact Us, and Sign Up.
UI Design
After finalizing the key screens, I designed a responsive website for three sizes: desktop, tablet, and mobile. I focused on UI elements such as typography, color palette, and designing components like buttons (primary and secondary with different states), Contact Us, Sign Up, Pricing , navbar, and footer.
Additionally, I created custom illustrations, leveraged design libraries, and integrated Lottie animations to enhance the visual experience and engagement.
